Spring Academy

Girls U9 to U13 and boys U7 to U13
April 11 to June 20

This Program is an academy-based program with training on Sunday mornings for one hour with a weekday game through United Spring League (Phase II only) at Hampton and Layritz Turf.

Training sessions will focus on the development of fundamental skills in a fun and stimulating format. The physical curriculum will emphasize the ABC’S of movement: agility, balance, co-ordination and speed, and will coincide with the LTPD model. Technical instruction will be introduced through movement exercises and games that promote a feel for the ball. This training will be focused more on individual technical development of the player, and not the tactical aspect of a team.
