Skillz N’ Soccer
For boys and girls U5 to U10
This is program is a hit for enthusiastic players to stay motivated after the regular season ends — it is open to all players in this age range.
Players will be assigned to balanced teams and coached by the technical team. Training involves warm-ups, footwork, drills, instructional small-sided games as well as free-play games.

For boys and girls U7 to U14
This program in run in conjunction United Spring League. Players train on Sunday mornings, with a focus on individual technical development and play games mid-week through United Spring League.
This is a 9-week program that runs from mid-April to the end of June, excluding long weekends.
Registration is required through both programs, although you will be playing for a PLSC team.

Summer camps are run one week in July and one in August with a focus on the FUNdamentals of soccer. Each day will focus on a specific skill, whether it be passing, dribbling, shooting, ball control, player movement off the ball. There will be technical skill drills based on these areas as well as small sided games that are focused on fine tuning these specific skill sets.
The full-day option is available boys and girls aged 6 to 11, with a half day for available for boys and girls aged 5 to 11, both include a free PLSC t-shirt.
The full-day option includes an afternoon swim, departing for Commonwealth Pool around 2 p.m. each day.
