TransfersParents and players who are considering registering, or re-registering for a team that is outside of their home club boundaries will be considered a transfer, or a grandparented player. Each of the clubs in the Lower Island District have distinct boundaries. Except in a few circumstances, “home club” is the club area in which lies the players home address. The home address is the residence at which the player normally resides with a custodial parent(s) or guardian(s). With very few exceptions a player may have only one home address. PROSPECT LAKE SOCCER CLUB BOUNDARIES Bounded on the north by the municipal boundary between Central Saanich and Saanich, extending from Todd Inlet to the Patricia Bay Highway, on the east by the Patricia Bay Highway and on the south and west by a continuous line joining Ralph Street (at the Pat Bay Highway) to Carey Road, McKenzie Avenue, Violet Avenue, Grange Road, Burnside Road West, Granville Road, Charlton Road, Prospect Lake Road to a point immediately south of Meadowbrooke Road on a line extended to the boundary between Saanich and the Highlands and north to Todd Inlet.
