- Up to September 1 - full refund.
- Up to first game - full refund less $10.
- Up to October 15 - full refund less $30.
- Up to November 14 - full refund less $80.
- Up to December 31 - 25% of registration fee refunded.
- After December 31 - no refund.
All refunds are subject to a deduction of any registration fees paid by the Club to BCSA, LISA, VISL, and LIWSA.
Requests for refund of registration fees must be made in writing using one of the following forms. The Refund Form must be submitted within 30 days of the player's last participation in a Cub activity or league game.
