| Fundraising
If you are planning to do fundraising in the Club's name you must first get approval from the Club Executive.
Any funds collected must be given to the club treasurer so the amount can be recorded as being received by the club. The treasurer will write you a cheque for the full amount. For more information contact the treasurer.
Note that any funds collected from a team for clothing, tournaments, etc. is not considered fundraising.

Practice Times
Ideally everyone would like Tuesdays and Thursdays between 6:00 PM and 8:00 PM. That of course is not possible. Younger teams will get preference for earlier times, older teams will get later times.
Email your request for practice times to the Field Coordinator. Please list two or three preferred times for practice; the teams name and division; and your contact information.
When you start practicing, it is your responsibility to check field conditions on the web site, or by phoning the hot line at 479-0095. Practicing when fields are closed may cause you to lose your practice time!
